Summer 2026

My Summer 2026 work began with months of trend research and material studies, then moved into form exploration and colour trials. The season leaned toward softer coastal cues and modern nautical details, which I shaped into ceramics that feel clean, calm and easy to place. Each piece sits within a clear story, grounded in consumer insight and guided by a simple idea: make summer feel effortless.

Designing the Animal Friends collection for M&S has been a reminder of why I enjoy this work. The project grew from simple sketches into a full seasonal story shaped by research, iteration, and close collaboration. Big brands come with clear frameworks, yet they still leave room to explore and refine ideas until they feel right for real homes and real shoppers.

Who I am

Hi, I’m Irina.

I am a digital marketing specialist and designer with 10+ years in digital communication and graphic design, and 5+ years leading marketing strategy across markets. I turn consumer insight into sellable concepts, and I take ideas from direction to delivery so the story stays clear and consistent.

I have helped businesses build product assortments, shape how products show up in the world, and create marketing that feels relevant. I care about the full picture: concept, visuals, and rollout, with the structure needed to land on time.

I love innovation and new creative workflows. Right now I am building strong prompt engineering skills and using tools like Krea.ai, Higgsfield.ai, and Nano Banana to explore directions and test ideas faster. I pair that with Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator, plus InDesign, Lightroom, Canva, and Figma.

When I am not working, I play padel, travel, and spend time with my husband and two dogs. I also keep a camera close, because I love capturing real moments and turning everyday details into strong visuals.

Who I am as a
Creative Director

As a Creative Director, I turn insight into ideas that cut through, and I make sure they land across every touchpoint. I start with what the audience needs and what the business needs. Then I shape a clear concept, a visual direction, and a story a team can execute across digital, social, print, retail, and in person experiences. I love building the kind of creative system that keeps everything consistent, even when the output spans many channels.

I have led end to end work in fast paced, international setups. I have created and presented concepts to key stakeholders, guided production with internal teams and external partners, and kept quality high under tight deadlines.

I have also led major launches and growth projects, including organising 8 international trade shows that opened new markets, launching two B2B websites and driving higher engagement through campaign and newsletter work.

Who I am as a
Tradeshow Lead

As a Tradeshow Lead, I build spaces that make people stop, step in, and stay for a minute. I start with the goal. What do we need visitors to understand fast, and what do we want them to remember after they leave. Then I shape the full experience: layout, flow, visuals, messaging, samples, and the small details that make a booth feel calm, clear, and worth visiting.

I think like a guest and run it like a project. I plan timelines, coordinate people, and make sure everything shows up when it should. I also keep the sales team in mind, so the booth supports real conversations, easy follow up, and materials that actually get used.

Trade shows are complex. I bring structure and a steady head. If something goes wrong, I fix it fast and keep the vibe friendly. The goal is simple: make the brand look sharp, make the work easy to sell, and make the experience feel smooth.

Who I am as a
Project Manager

As a Project Manager, I turn complex work into clear steps that people can follow. I plan scope, timelines, and handoffs, then keep everyone aligned from first draft to final delivery. I work across teams and time zones, and I keep feedback loops clean so decisions stay clear and work keeps moving.

In the past three years, I have managed the launch of 15 catalogues. I also work directly with customers through a yearly wheel, helping them plan and develop assortments 1 to 2 years in advance. That means balancing many timelines at once, keeping priorities clear, and making sure each deliverable lands on time and on brand.

I am strong at the parts that usually create chaos: last minute changes, unclear ownership, and too many opinions. I bring structure, ask the right questions early, and keep the tone calm and collaborative.

Who I am as a
Product Designer

I design products and brand experiences that make everyday life feel more thoughtful, more joyful, and more beautiful. I start with people. I look at culture, behavior, and lifestyle shifts, then translate those insights into clear concepts. From there, I shape the full story: the product, the materials and finishes, the packaging, and the visuals that help it land in the real world.

My work sits between creative and commercial. I enjoy big picture direction and the details that make it work: proportion, function, color, texture, and production reality. I like building collections, systems, and scalable ideas that still feel personal.

I am hands on from early research to final delivery. That can mean sketching, refining forms, creating mockups, writing product stories, building decks, and developing marketing content that supports sales and retail display.
